Warranty: Suncore Industries limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period. Note: Warranty period varies depending on product, please see product listing for more information. We handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days but beforethe warranty period has expired are only eligible for a replacement only. Replacement product does not renew the warranty period. When a product is found to be defective, Suncore Industries will cover the costs of shipping of the replacement part to the original purchaser. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication, but not limited to pictures, video, or shipment back to the manufacturer. Note: Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed. If the defective part is requested to be returned to the manufacturer, Suncore Industries will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back. The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivery to a UPS driver or suitable UPS facility for return shipment. Failure to return the requested product will result in denial of current warranty claim. All returned products must be accompanied by an approved RMA number provided by Suncore Industries. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of any product in question. Suncores 128M-20-2 Air Compressor Pump is a brand new air suspension compressor designed for the W251 chassis R Class Mercedes-Benz. This compressor works for models equipped with only the rear air leveling suspension, and includes the necessary OE electrical connectors and comes ready to be installed on your vehicle. Be sure to check the bellows and air lines in your rear air suspension before replacing your worn air compressor pump, as the pumps usually fail because they continuously try to fill a leaking air spring or strut.
